Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict quality and accuracy standards.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes and verify product information using handheld scanners and WMS systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (where certified), and conveyors.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics personnel to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
