Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect goods for defects or damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Load and unload trucks securely using proper equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
