Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to process orders.
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects.
- Operate industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Organize warehouse aisles to maintain a safe and efficient flow of traffic.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read a barcode scanner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
