Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Verify product labels, scan barcodes, and ensure order accuracy before shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and meet daily production targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld RF scanners.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to work in the USA.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
