Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, or errors.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose facility.
