- Manage stock rotation, FIFO protocols, and warehouse organization standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with documentation accuracy
- Generate real-time inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams on stock optimization
- Implement safety protocols and maintain audit compliance
- Train staff on inventory procedures and system usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in warehouse/inventory management
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
