Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using barcode scanners and RF technology
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/WMS systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient stock rotation
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Support cycle count initiatives and physical inventory audits
- Collaborate with purchasing department on reorder points
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to operate RF scanners and mobile devices
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
