Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using advanced tracking systems
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all stock items in real-time
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols and monitor expiration dates for perishable goods
- Generate detailed inventory reports for management and audits
- Utilize ERP software (SAP/JDE) for data entry and analysis
- Support physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
