Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy within ERP platforms
- Conduct physical audits and generate variance reports
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts
- Support inventory reconciliation for financial reporting
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for inventory control
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data analysis skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- High school diploma or equivalent required
