Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage inbound/outbound inventory processes including receiving, putaway, and shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory data in WMS platforms
- Generate and analyze inventory reports for operational insights
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock optimization
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures
- Audit inventory processes and recommend system improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
