Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage stock receiving, putaway, and shipment documentation with precision
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve stock shortages and overages
- Generate inventory reports for management and audit purposes
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and monitor storage conditions
- Support annual physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficient in barcode scanners and inventory software (e.g., Fishbowl, Zoho)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
