Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Update inventory management systems with real-time stock data
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient receiving and shipping processes
- Generate inventory reports for management and stakeholders
- Implement FIFO protocols and maintain organized storage zones
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize stock levels
- Audit inventory documentation and compliance records
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions
- High school diploma; associate degree in logistics preferred
