Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Utilize barcode scanners and WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock optimization strategies
- Implement FIFO rotation methods and maintain organized warehouse layout
- Support year-end physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key proficiency
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour training a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in supply chain or related field preferred
