Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records in WMS software
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and update stock levels
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse team on stock rotation and organization
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances
- Support physical inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 25-30 lbs occasionally
- Forklift certification preferred
- Basic Excel skills required
