Key Duties:
- Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical records of all stock movements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to locate and retrieve items for orders efficiently.
- Identify discrepancies in stock levels and investigate root causes.
- Assist in the organization and layout of the warehouse to optimize workflow.
- Use barcode scanners and inventory management software (SAP/NetSuite) effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
