Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage stock discrepancies to optimize stock availability.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely delivery schedules are met.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and generate operational reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) and willingness to obtain additional safety certifications.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and WMS (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, or similar).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle if required.
