Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic physical inventories to verify stock accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments utilizing handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the company database, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in the organization and layout of the warehouse to maximize storage efficiency.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely processing of outbound orders.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
