Responsibilities
- Maintain precise inventory records using WMS software and barcode scanners
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with purchase orders
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse locations and distribution centers
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update tracking systems in real-time
- Generate inventory reports for management and optimize stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company inventory policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
