Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory records in SAP and WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse team to prioritize stock replenishment
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management analysis
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Collaborate with procurement on stock optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in warehouse/retail settings
- Proficiency in inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- RF scanner operation certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
