Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates to achieve performance targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control procedures using WMS systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Conduct regular cycle counts and manage inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of client orders
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office Suite
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
