Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce waste by 15%
- Train and mentor 15+ staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and manage inventory accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation teams
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, FDA, and company standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with sustainability initiatives in warehousing
