Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management systems
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum productivity
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in logistics/3PL
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of ASRS systems and automated warehouse technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
