Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Lead and mentor 15+ team members through performance coaching and training initiatives
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and purchasing teams
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory control methods
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
