Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS software
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and track movement logs
- Generate inventory reports for management and compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse team on stock optimization
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control checks
- Operate RF scanners and barcode systems efficiently
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Expertise in RF scanning and barcode technology
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (will train if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
