Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Maintain and update digital inventory management systems with real-time stock data.
- Assist in the organization and storage of inventory to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience as an inventory clerk, warehouse associate, or stock clerk preferred.
- Proficiency in using barcode scanners, handheld computers (RF guns), and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills for accurate counting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
