Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Perform daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the company database (SAP/Oracle).
- Locate and retrieve stock items for orders and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to optimize workflow and safety standards.
- Generate and distribute inventory reports to management.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
