Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS software
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and track logistics documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation procedures and quality control checks
- Train staff on inventory protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficient with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
