Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate physical counts of inventory and reconcile any discrepancies immediately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against packing slips and invoices.
- Update and maintain digital inventory records in our ERP system to ensure data integrity.
- Perform regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Communicate stock shortages and ordering needs to the warehouse manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
