Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories with zero error tolerance.
- Maintain and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with accurate stock levels and bin locations.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to optimize space utilization and retrieval speed.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
- Assist in the preparation of outgoing shipments and packing materials.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy.
