Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory management software (ERP) and spreadsheets.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Assist in stock replenishment and coordinate with warehouse staff for order fulfillment.
- Report discrepancies and damaged goods immediately to the warehouse supervisor.
- Keep the clerical area and inventory logs clean and organized.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
