Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms and provide proactive updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and carrier issues within 24 hours
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams for integrated logistics
- Optimize routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight coordination or logistics
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Blue Yonder)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance processes
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously in high-volume environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma required; Supply Chain certification preferred
- Valid driver's license (Class A/B) is a plus
