Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Perform physical inventory audits and generate reconciliation reports
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to optimize inventory levels
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and update location databases
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis
- Train team members on inventory control procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse management experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour certification a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
