Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Update inventory management systems in real-time to reflect stock levels.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and manifests.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to resolve discrepancies and stock shortages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
