Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory, ensuring all stock is properly labeled and organized.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
