Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Manage the storage and organization of stock to ensure maximum efficiency and safety standards.
- Utilize inventory management software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar) to track stock levels in real-time.
- Assist in the preparation of outbound orders and accurate packing lists.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline supply chain processes and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with barcode scanners, handheld devices, and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
