Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts)
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficient with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
