Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Verify and count items received and ensure accuracy against purchase orders.
- Package and prepare materials for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
