Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to ensure timely distribution.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated storage areas to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Order Picker) in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize storage layouts.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, attendance, and uniform codes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we offer training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
