As a Warehouse Picker, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped with precision and speed. We provide paid training and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld RF scanners to scan items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks and materials as needed using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
