Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency
- Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS technology
- Follow OSHA safety protocols for equipment operation
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements
- Perform daily equipment inspections and reporting
- Optimize warehouse layout for material flow
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain training
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
