Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trailers, pallets, and freight using provided equipment.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized to ensure efficient workflow and prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver's License is required.
- Attitude: Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
