- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation skills
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
