Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes
- Prepare shipments for distribution and transport
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts/pallet jacks (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
