Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers (air, ocean, ground)
- Manage documentation: bills of lading, customs forms, and commercial invoices
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software and provide proactive client updates
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Maintain compliance with TSA, CBP, and IATA regulations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination experience in logistics/transportation
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems)
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
