Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, ground, and sea
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet deadlines
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
