Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organize inventory on shelves and in storage areas to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory status.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery (certification provided upon hire).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
