Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders from the warehouse management system (WMS) with 99% accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging.
- Label, wrap, and box items according to shipping guidelines.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
