Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping.
- Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement best practices for inventory control and organization.
- Coordinate with logistics managers to optimize shipping schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing operational workflows.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly preferred.
- Valid forklift certification and safety training.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or night shifts, as business needs require.
