Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to verify quantity and condition against packing slips.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and log inventory accurately.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in full compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided upon hiring).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required (training available).
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
