Responsibilities
- Safely move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Verify incoming/outgoing shipments against documentation to ensure accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including scanners, conveyors, and sorting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
